At the heart of the renovation of Carré Lafayette in Nantes, nestles the Spa des Thermes de St Malo called Spa Aquatonic. Métalobil creates, designs, manufactures and installs the entrance hall, reception desks, and in the basins, the columns and the “relaxation bubble” housing the hammam, sauna and ice fountain. The set is made of krion and rattan fireproofed by Woodenha; since the rattan strands are subject to large variations in humidity and temperature, they have been covered with the BIME® non-derating saturator for indoor use in order to stabilize the strands and preserve the benefits of fireproofing over time.
