This collective of 30 dwellings + 1 business voluntarily does not present any superfluous architectural devices. Hence its name. Imagined by Brière Architectes, the volumes in cubic composition are topped by green roof terraces and a storey of red Cedar battens with fireproofing using the BIME® process from Woodenha Industries. As for the balconies and certain projections of the living rooms, they provide movement and create a play of geometries which echoes the vertical arrangement of the wooden cladding while providing a pleasant visual contrast.
