The architectural project is based on the urban approach of the ZAC de la Cerisaie Eco-district, along the A6 motorway. It responds not only to the need to provide a sound barrier for residents, but also to the desire to offer a real urban facade that reflects the environmental values and the diversity of the neighborhood. The island includes nearly 300 dwellings located around cultural, school and activity premises. 2800 sqm of BIME® fireproof Douglas fir cladding adorns the facades.
