Located on the shore of the large Georges Charpak park in Montpellier, France, this lot of the ZAC Port Marianne is made up of 36 collective dwellings distributed over two identical and symmetrical twin buildings, organized on either side of an open vegetated block heart.
This 2,400-sqm residential building, delivered at the end of 2016, was created by the architectural firm Kern + Associés. The cladding used on more than 60% of the facades consists of Red Cedar parts flame retarded by impregnation and covered with our BIME®F1 saturator. The skylight punctuates the facade and makes the link between the rigidity of the gray concrete and the flamboyant greenery of the Park.
