This complex located on the ZAC of the “peninsula” of Grenoble – called Cambridge Sector – includes 38 rental units and shops in R + 10. Roda Architects’ team massively used wood as a facade envelope for the building of block CJ4 ; larch which, to meet the regulatory constraints for this type of structure, was fireproofed for the exterior thanks to the BIME® process.
