Eighty-six units and a home for young adults with autism are combined in these dwellings. For the dressing of loggias and penthouses, the architectural agency Ameller Dubois & Associés chose larch; this cladding is flame retardant Euroclass B with the BIME®1 process from Woodenha. The Euroclass B fire classification is obtained on both vertical and horizontal clads.
