Dwellings – St Denis

The Fernand Léger residence was delivered in October 2017 in the heart of the Gare de Saint-Denis district. The operation was launched as part of a National Requalification Program
of the Old Degraded Neighborhoods (PNRQAD). Height at R + 2 to R + 5, the buildings house two commercial spaces, dwellings equipped with balcony or loggia, common premises and underground parking. The cladding of the facades facing the courtyard is Larch Ignipli® fireproof treated with BIME® process to achieve Euroclass B.
