Vitrine de la construction durable, le Themis est installé au pied du TGI de Renzo Piano dans la ZAC Clichy Batignolles. Corinne Vezzoni et l’Atelier MLH ont proposé un volume compact en R+7 offrant plus de 10000 m² de surfaces de bureaux. L’aspect extérieur tout de verre et d’acier est contrebalancé à l’intérieur par le choix du bois utilisé en masse et laissé apparent; l’ensemble du bois utilisé provient d’Europe. Les quelques 6000 m² de dalles de plafond AB Pano en contre-plaqué peuplier ont été ignifugées par Woodenha Industries avec le système intumescent Verniflam®PV33 & finition UV afin de maîtriser l’ignition et la réaction au feu du bois.
Showcase of sustainable construction, the Themis is built at the foot of the TGI of Renzo Piano in the ZAC Clichy Batignolles. Corinne Vezzoni and Atelier MLH offered a compact volume in R + 7 offering more than 10,000 sqm of office space. The exterior appearance, all of glass and steel, is counterbalanced on the interior by the choice of wood used in mass and left visible; all of the wood used comes from Europe. The approximately 6000 sqm of AB Pano ceiling tiles in poplar plywood were fireproofed by Woodenha Industries with the intumescent system Verniflam®PV33 & UV finish in order to control the ignition and reaction to fire of wood.
